Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

These Terms govern access to the Vehycles mobile application, website, support channels and related vehicle services operated by Vehycles Technology LTD (“Vehycles”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter this agreement. Provide accurate information, keep your credentials confidential and promptly update changes. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless you notify us of unauthorised access.

Fleet account owners and administrators confirm that they are authorised to provide vehicle, employee or representative information and to assign organisational roles.

3. Vehicle information

You are responsible for ensuring that registration numbers, VIN or chassis details, ownership information, documents, expiry dates, delivery information and renewal selections are accurate. Vehycles may request evidence, verify details or pause a request where information is incomplete, inconsistent or suspected to be fraudulent.

4. Quotes, payments and wallets

Prices, fees, discounts, delivery charges and taxes are shown before payment where applicable. A quote may expire or change if official charges, selected documents, delivery details or other inputs change. Payments are processed through Paystack or another displayed provider. Vehycles does not store complete payment-card details.

Wallet balances and reserved funds may be used only as permitted within the Services. Auto-renewal depends on document eligibility, accurate expiry information and sufficient reserved funds. An unpaid quote does not constitute a completed order.

5. Renewals and fulfilment

Processing times are estimates and can be affected by authorities, verification requirements, public holidays, courier conditions and information supplied by the user. Digital copies may be provided when available. Physical documents are delivered only where selected and supported. You must inspect completed details and report an error promptly.

6. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the Services, impersonate another person, submit false vehicle or ownership information, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with the platform, evade payment, upload malicious material or use Vehycles for unlawful activity. We may restrict or suspend access while investigating security, fraud or legal concerns.

7. Service catalogue and future features

Features and orderable options may change as the platform develops. The mobile application presents the current service catalogue. Displaying a service on the website does not promise a launch date or specific functionality.

8. Intellectual property

Vehycles, its software, visual design, content, trademarks and technology are owned by or licensed to Vehycles Technology LTD. These Terms grant only a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the Services for their intended purpose.

9. Third-party services

The Services may depend on payment processors, hosting providers, communications providers, government authorities, couriers and vehicle-service partners. Their systems and separate terms may apply. Vehycles is not responsible for an external service beyond the extent required by applicable law.

10. Liability

We work to provide reliable information and fulfilment, but no digital or third-party service is guaranteed to be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vehycles is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Ending use

You may stop using Vehycles or request account deletion at any time. Some transaction and fulfilled-order records may be retained as described in our Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, fraud, security risk or legal requirements.

12. Governing law and changes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes should first be raised with us in good faith. We may update these Terms to reflect product, legal or operational changes and will provide notice where required.
